What is a life coach?
A life coach:
helps you clarify what your goals in life
helps you identify what are the obstacles in the way of you attaining those goals
acts as a sounding board
listens actively and impartially
helps you process how you feel along the way
A life coach does not:
analyse the past
diagnose mental health issues
